A Structural Engineer is required to join a team in Newcastle. You will work under supervision of a Senior * Project Engineer, supporting the team leader in feasibility options and sketch designs. You will be given the opportunity to project manage small projects and will ensure drawings, reports etc are issued and filed in an appropriate way. You will organise and carry out detailed design and technical calculations. Your role will also involve site visits, dealing with day to day enquiries. You will also have some involvement with business development and should feel confident to make the team leader aware of any business development opportunities. You will be required to participate with multi-disciplinary team meetings, and will be required to make the team leader aware of any resourcing concerns.
